We manufacture all our foam products to ISO 9002 performance standard.Our security glazing foam has an excellent solvent acrylic system, which we coat with 50gms on the open side and 30gms on the closed side of adhesive to 220/250kg PVC foam.To produce a security glazing foam that will give you optimum application and field performance, you need to achieve: -

• Excellent adhesive anchorage to the PVC foam, this is achieved by using the most up to date comprehensive coating machinery available.
• Using the correct solvent acrylic adhesive at the correct coat weight that will give you the correct peel, shear and tensile strengths.
