Adhesive Tapes for Glass Transit Pads

We manufacture our own PVC Transit pads to ISO 9002 performance standards.

Over recent years we have developed our pads with our customers to achieve the best protection for glass and sealed units in transit.

The industry trends is to move to thicker laminated glass and thicker units, which means more weight and more stress on the PVC Transit pad. With this in mind all our transit pads are produced from a 290kg density foam. This ensures optimum protection in transit with much less breakages than a softer pad. We coat our pads with a low tack adhesive system that will never leave an adhesive residue on the glass.
