We supply approximately 60% of the UK Door Panel Market with our FoamLink
and ProLink range of Adhesive Tapes.
Over the last 10 years we have built a vast knowledge of the Door Panel
Industry, within the UK.
While working with our customers we have built a vast knowledge in the
production / manufacture of UPVC Door Panels and what our customers expect
from our product range.
We know how to apply the tape correctly, from using the right cleaning
agent, to prepare the surface, to making sure the right amount of pressure
is applied to the tape in the press and how to apply it correctly.
We have 3 products for the Door Panel Application.
1. FoamLink 1603H+
Product Description
FoamLink 1603 H+ (available in white & black), is a double coated,
medium/high density, closed cell polyolefin foam. Filmic version available,
for ease of tape application and liner removal.
It is ideally suited to bonding difficult and dissimilar substances and
surfaces, including metals, ceramics, many
Plastics and even painted, lacquered or powder coated finishes.
The foam construction, provides excellent conformability and is therefore
ideal for rough, uneven and structured surfaces. In addition the foam
offers excellent sealing dampening and vibration absorbtion capabilities,
ensuring that bonded joints remain permanently secure, even in critical
and exacting applications.
FoamLINK 1603 H+ has good initial track, combined with it's superior bonding
characteristics, enabling applications of component parts, even for outdoor
use.

3. ProLink Advanced Bonding System
Product Description
ProLink 1000R is the ultimate bonding film.
The thickness of the adhesive film, gives excellent conformability to
structured and uneven surfaces, whilst also acting as a gap filling medium.
The high viscoelastic nature of the product, significantly reduces stress
along the bond line (when compared with mechanical fixing methods) and
has the ability to absorb shock, vibration, noise (frequency) and differential
expansion co-efficients. The pure
Acrylic adhesive has a good level of initial tack for assembly purposes,
with a bond strength that increases significantly over time.
ProLINK 1000R is designed for permanent bonding of metals, glass and plastics,
where an invisible bond line and permanent fixing and mounting is required
for critical and exacting applications.
