Orders

 

Can I track the progress of my order?

All orders are tracked by our team. If you want to know the progress of your order please either phone or email us and we will be able to advise you when it will be delivered.

How do I change my order once it has been placed?

If we have not already dispatched your order, you can make a change to it, simply by calling us on 0191 269 7810 or email us and we’ll amend your order as required.

Can I cancel my order?

Just give us a  call on 0191 269 7810 or email and we’ll cancel your order, if it has not been despatched, yet. If it has been despatched, we can arrange collection and a refund.

Is there a minimum order value?

There is no minimum order on www.ukindustrialtapes.co.uk.

 

Delivery

 

Do you offer a free delivery option if I spend over a certain amount?

Yes we offer free delivery on all orders placed online.

How long is it before my order is dispatched?

We work hard to ensure that all orders are dispatched promptly, usually within 24 hours of the order being placed. Orders placed before 12.00 noon will be dispatched on the same day, as long as items are in stock.

How long does delivery take?

Our standard delivery option takes 2-3 working days to arrive.

Can I place an order to be delivered with next day delivery?

It is possible to place a next day delivery. This service is called 'express delivery'. To recieve express delivery please call the office on 0191 2697810.

Where is my express delivery order?

Orders which do use our express delivery service should be with you by the next working day.

Can I change the delivery address once I have placed my order?

Yes, if we have not already dispactched your order, you will be able to change the address that you want it delivered to. Just call the office on 0191 269 7810 and speak to one of our team and they will be able to amend delivery address details.

Can my order be split and delivered to different addresses?

Yes, although our order form does not offer this as an option, if you call 0191 269 7810 and make your order over the phone we can dispatch parts of an order to separate addresses.

Do you post internationally?

Yes, we post internationally but not for orders placed online. We can only post online orders to the UK. If you wish to place an international order please call our team on 0191 269 7810 or email sales@ukindustrialtapes.co.uk.

What is the cost of international postage?

The cost of international delivery depends on the weight of the package. Any international order will have a specific postage charge.

 

Payment

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept the following forms of payment: Sage Pay, Credit Card and Debit Card payments are accepted via our website. We can also accept BACs payments.

Is it secure?

Yes, payment via our website is secure.

Are there additional charges if I’m buying from outside of the UK?

There is no charge for making a payment from outside the UK, only additional postage.

 

Returns

 

If I’m not happy with the product can I return it?

Yes you can return any faulty products. We will issue a refund and one of our carriers will collect the faulty goods from you.

What if there is damage to the product during transit?

Just let us know and we’ll replace any products in case of damage during transit.

If I’ve ordered the wrong product can it be returned?

Yes, within 5 working days products can be returned. Unwanted goods must be returned in a fully resalable condition.

 

About the products

 

Do prices include VAT?

Yes, VAT is included in our prices (VAT is charged at 20%).

If a product says ‘Price upon Request’ what does that mean?

If ‘Price upon Request’ is displayed on a product just call on 0191 269 7810 or email, let us know which product is of interest and we will confirm the price with you. This is so we can guarantee the best price for your specific requirements.

If a product is not available can I pre-order it?

You can place an order on an item which is out of stock. We will notify you by email when they are shipped.

Can I order free samples?

Yes, we can provide samples of our products. In these cases it is best to email or call our team on 0191 269 7810 and they will be able to advise you.

Is a discount available for bulk orders?

Yes, for bulk orders we can make some concession. Just give us a call on 0191 269 7810 and speak to one of our team.

What does RPC stand for?

Rolls per carton, this is the number of rolls of tape sold in a pack or carton. Some of our products are sold in packs or cartons of tape, rather than individual rolls.

What is a Micron?

A Micron is a unit used to measure thickness. A thousand Microns have the equivalent thickness of a millimetre.
