Quality Guarantee
Our products are manufactured to consistent quality
standards. In the unlikely event of product not being satisfactory for
its intended use it must be returned to us within 7 working days from
the receipt of goods, in the original packaging, perfect condition and
unused. We will replace or credit all products found to be faulty and
you will be notified of the results of our analysis as soon as it is available.
If you wish to return any goods, please contact us
in writing, by fax or email prior to you returning it, stating your name,
address, telephone number, email address, order reference, WorldPay transaction
reference, date of purchase, item/s purchased, and the order total. This
will help us to ensure a prompt service. DO NOT return goods without
first contacting us.
As soon as we receive the goods we will consider and
action your request, this will be confirmed to you by e-mail using the
e-mail address you notified us with. Where a refund has been requested
and agreed, we will request that WorldPay credit your card transaction
no later than 30 working days following the date of our confirmation e-mail.
If the returned items are to be exchanged, the replacement
items if held in stock will be despatched within 1 working day of the
date of our confirmation e-mail. If the items are not in stock we will
notify you of the new despatch date by e-mail.
You will not be charged delivery on the replacement
of faulty items. If the returned items are not faulty and are to be sent
back to you, our normal delivery charges will apply. We will of course
confirm this to you by e-mail.
